Abandoned Shopping Carts

It has come to our attention that there have been various shopping carts abandoned in our complex. We kindly ask that you refrain from stealing/leaving shopping carts in the complex and that you return them to their designated locations. Residents that have abandoned shopping carts may be liable to fines.
